Every corner of this hideaway tells a little story. What began decades ago as a stove builder's workshop has been carefully transformed into the cozy retreat that welcomes you today.
2023
A new chapter begins
My husband and I took over the house in 2023 to fulfill a long-held dream: to give this quiet building a second life as a holiday home where guests can feel completely at ease.
Until 2022
Workshop & Break Room
Until the end of 2022, this address housed a company specializing in stove construction and tile installation. The building, now a holiday home, originally served as an office and break room for up to five employees. Several original items from the mid-1980s have been preserved to this day.
1984
The Home of a Stove Builder
The property at "Rasen 25" was acquired by the stove manufacturer Friedrich "Fritz" Balbierer. It became the headquarters of the company "Friedrich Balbierer" and was renovated step by step in the following years.

The hiding place is created
After extensive renovations, the cozy hideaway opened its doors – lovingly restored, stylishly furnished and ready to welcome its first guests.
